Willie Nelson Jailed on Drug Possession

Photo Courtesy - Getty Images(SIERRA BLANCA, Texas) -- Country music legend Willie Nelson was charged with possession of marijuana after six ounces were discovered aboard his tour bus in Texas, according to a U.S. Border Patrol spokesman.

Nelson's tour bus pulled into a routine checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas -- approximately 85 miles east of El Paso -- around 9 a.m. on Friday. When an officer noticed a suspicious odor coming from the bus, a search turned up the marijuana, police said.

Hudspeth County Sheriff Arvin West told the El Paso Times that Nelson, 77, claimed that the marijuana was his. According to police patrolman Bill Brooks, a sheriff from Hudspeth County was contacted and Nelson was among three people arrested at the scene. Nelson was held briefly and paid a $2,500 bond before being released.

At the time Nelson was traveling from California to his ranch in Austin, Texas.

Jennifer Grey on 'Dancing With the Stars' Win

Photo Courtesy - ABC/Bob D'Amico(NEW YORK) -- After a night of fierce competition in the ballroom where Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough took home the coveted mirror-ball trophy, the Dancing With the Stars winners and finalists appeared on Good Morning America Wednesday and dished on the exhilarating experience.

"It was a rollercoaster this entire season," said Hough, who was Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey's professional dance partner.  "There were some times that we didn't think that we would carry on."

Grey, 50, became the season 11 champion of Dancing With the Stars, coming out on top based on an equal combination of judges' scores and viewers' votes.  Although she topped the judges' scorecards with regularity this season, it was not without a struggle.

During her finale freestyle to "Do You Love Me," where Grey shimmied her heart out, she also ruptured a disc in her back, and wasn't sure if her injury would keep her from dancing in Tuesday night's two-hour season finale for the title.

"I did not think I was going to be able to dance," Grey said on GMA.

"I'm feeling great," she added.  "This dance experience was so much more difficult [than Dirty Dancing where] I learned basically one dance over the course of months.  It was a completely different level of dancing."

Jennifer Grey Claims Victory on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Photo Courtesy - ABC(LOS ANGELES) -- Jennifer Grey went from "Dirty Dancing" to ballroom dancing and was crowned the champion Tuesday, along with pro partner Derek Hough, of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."  The actress had the time of her life on season 11 of the ABC reality series, receiving perfect “tens” from the judges for two dance routines on Monday and an elegant Viennese waltz Tuesday.

After learning she was the winner, Grey told host Tom Bergeron she didn't think she was going to compete Tuesday, but was really glad she did.  The actress had revealed earlier in the evening that she had been diagnosed with a ruptured disc in her back and was unsure she would be able to perform.

Disney Channel star Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer finished second, while Bristol Palin and partner Mark Ballas were third.  Bristol said the show was "a life-changing experience."

Bristol Palin's mother, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, answered "no, not at all" when asked if she was disappointed by her daughter's loss.  "She’s had the journey of, you know, the challenge and the improvement and  the work ethic," Palin said.  "This has been all about work ethic and perseverance and, you know, no, I couldn’t be prouder. She's happy. She’s very happy."

The couples were judged on two dances before the winner was announced: an individual performance followed by a continuous Cha Cha Challenge to Pink's "Raise Your Glass."  Each couple took a turn strutting their stuff.

To determine this season's champion, the judges' scores from Monday night were combined with their Tuesday scores and viewer votes.  Tom Bergeron said the show recorded more viewer votes for this installment than any of the past 10 seasons.
